Our invitation-only Investor Committee is a group of the most respected and well-regarded angel, VC, and corporate investors who are involved at all levels of the program's three primary components: Recruitment & Qualification, Coaching, and Connections.

Rigorous Review Process - All applicants and portfolio companies are screened by the investor committee in a multi-step review process.
Screening Is Virtual – Screen program applicants, coach and arrange one-on-one meetings with selected companies in-person or via webconferencing, and access applicant and portfolio company profiles, docs, and video pitches all without ever leaving your office.
Participate at In-Person Events – Join our companies and your investor colleagues and industry experts as a panelist or featured speaker at our interviews, walk through sessions, bootcamp program or Forum event.
Ongoing Support – We are dedicated to providing maximum value to our entrepreneurs and investors, and will continue to make connections and other opportunities available.

Expectations for Committee Members
The time commitment is flexible and involves just a few hours of time between February and October. Here are a few of the ways committee members support the program:

Referring fellow investors to join the Investor Committee
Suggesting women entrepreneurs to apply to participate during June and July
Screening applicant business plans during late July
Assisting on a selected company's coaching team during September and October
Agreeing to meet with three or more of the participating companies after the coaching process is complete (October-December)
Attending our regional in-person events like the applicant interviews, NYCBootcamp, and Walk Through panel review sessions which will be held in regional locations over the course of the program
