The program will source, qualify, coach and showcase women-led emerging growth companies from the media sector that are seeking equity capital for product development and expansion. Applications are accepted from a broad range of companies within the media sector, including but not limited to:

Digital Media Search Engines Video & Filmed Entertainment
Print: Books, Newspapers, etc. Social Networking Video Games
Internet Content Advertising Data Mining
Radio and TV Mobile Telephony

Application Criteria

  • A woman in a key management position holding a significant equity stake
  • A qualified and profitable market opportunity with competitive advantage
  • A track record of milestone achievement, which may include: product development, distribution, or licensing contracts, grants, beta clients, customers, revenue, strategic partnerships, etc.
  • A credible core management team (or ability to attract one)
  • A need for institutional investments in the next 12-18 months

Ready to Apply? Read These Instructions First

  1. Applicants to AllThingsMedia: 2010 must submit a $50 application fee before their application will be considered. You will receive confirmation that we have received your application, a prompt to submit the $50 application fee, as well as additional e-mail messages as your application moves through the screening and evaluation process. Please review your e-mails because important information will be sent to you.
  2. You will be notified promptly if you have been selected to advance to the next round of screening. Full details and important dates are available here and will also be sent upon receipt of your application.
  3. Those selected to participate in the program will pay the Program Participation Fee of $1000. Unfortunately, application and program participation fees are non-refundable.
