AllThingsLifeSciences/CleanTech: 2010 is the 20th venture forum produced by venture catalyst Springboard Enterprises. The program will source, qualify, coach and showcase women-led emerging growth companies from the life sciences and clean tech sectors who are seeking equity capital for product development and expansion.

Life Sciences / Clean Tech Sectors
Applications are accepted from a broad range of companies within the life sciences and clean technology sectors, including but not limited to:

Application Criteria
All companies should:

• Warrant a need for institutional rounds of investment.
• Demonstrate a defensible business model and, at a minimum, a working prototype/beta of product/service.
• Document a large, qualified and profitable market opportunity with competitive advantage.
• Track record of milestone achievement, such as: product development, distribution or licensing contracts, grants, beta clients, customers, revenue, strategic partnerships, etc.
• Show evidence of a credible core management team (or ability to attract one) with demonstrated ability to execute
• Have a woman in a key management holding a significant equity stake.

Ready to Apply? Read These Instructions First

1. Applicants to AllThingsLifeSciences/CleanTech: 2010 must submit a $50 application fee before their application will be considered. You will receive confirmation that we have received your application, a prompt to submit the $50 application fee, as well as additional e-mail messages as your application moves through the screening and evaluation process. Please review your e-mails because important information will be sent to you.
2. You will be notified no later than April 9 if you have been selected to advance to the next round of screening. Full details and important dates are available here and will also be sent upon receipt of your application.
3. Those selected to participate in the program will receive a $50 discount on the Program Participation Fee of $1000. Unfortunately, application and program participation fees are non-refundable.
