About AllThingsMedia: 2008
In an age when a great idea and a URL can become a business worth hundreds of millions of dollars, where do you go to find the next Facebook, YouTube, or Google? Co-hosted by Springboard Enterprises and the She Made It initiative from The Paley Center for Media, the ALLTHINGSMEDIA: 2008 venture capital forum showcased investment-ready, high-growth media companies led by women. With investors, corporate partners and other supporters in attendance, the Paley Center’s 200-seat theater was filled to “standing-room only” capacity throughout the day. The ‘demo room’ was also buzzing with activity and intimate one-on-one meetings between entrepreneurs and investors.
ALLTHINGSMEDIA was the first-ever venture forum held exclusively for women-led entrepreneurial ventures in emerging media and entertainment - including television, radio, print, digital media, mobile, video games, search, social networking, e-commerce, online advertising, outdoor, animation, software and other innovations across the entire media space.
