SPRINGBOARD EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS provide an introduction to the equity capital market and offer effective strategies for building and financing a high-growth business.

The EQUITY MATTERS: The Route to NASDAQ Seminar Series offers women business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs an introduction to sources and uses of capital to finance the their businesses. Employing the expertise of successful entrepreneurs, lenders and investors, the program offers attendees inside information about what is involved in raising capital, what lenders and investors look for, and what resources are available in the community to assist businesses in preparing for, securing and employing appropriate sources of financing. A special workshop on financial projections is included along with a session in which a few pre-selected attendees pitch their businesses to a panel of investors. A networking luncheon following the program provides attendees with an opportunity to ask questions and receive input from lenders, investors and other financial experts. GROWTH CAPITAL WORKSHOPS. These one-day workshops feature keynotes and case studies from successful entrepreneurs and panels of experts on positioning businesses for growth, attracting the right sources of investment capital or seeking equity partners for expansion, recapitalization, sale or acquistion. The program features an overview of the private equity process including tips, tools and tales and an opportunity to get advice about your own business opportunity.

SPRINGBOARD CAUCUS PROGRAMS
are bi-annual invitation-only gatherings of women entrepreneurs who have presented their companies at Springboard Venture Forums, members of the Springboard Board, Council of National Advisors, our trusted advisors and invited guests. The program consists of advanced tutorials, case studies and discussion groups on issues of importance to serial entrepreneurs and growing companies.
